Holy dang, leveling up might be amazingly fast now.
I literally just did 1 run of Dying City Crossroads (Master mode) on my level 35 Mercenary, and after turning in the 5 or so quests associated with it, I jumped from about 40% EXP to 88%. Before, I'd have to do like 5-6 dungeon runs to achieve the same result.
EDIT: Wow, Priests are hilarious now. I'm doing in the realm of 25k+ per hit Chain Lightning (formerly 5-10k per hit), and I'm a freaking Saint build. The best part is that its cooldown was reduced to 12 seconds (formerly 20 seconds). I mean, I cast Chain Lightning, and the Manticore's head is already gone. Kinda funny seeing the game's designated support class completely stunlock one of the major bosses of the game.
Then there's Holy Burst, that Genesis-style move. Just like in MapleStory, everything in a 1 mile radius of the Priest dies. (For me, it went from about 3-4k per hit to 8-10k per hit.)
And on top of that, my Healing Relics now heal like 10k per pulse (formerly 3.5k), my Aura of Healing heals like 20k now (formerly 8k), my Cure Relic can be out almost indefinitely with a Cure Relic CD plate thanks to its duration being increased to 18 seconds and CD being reduced to 25 seconds (formerly 45 second CD, and the light attack buff it gives now lasts 18 seconds, compared to 4 from before), and Blessing of Strikes now directly increases everyone's damage range instead of just being like +20% to our skills. It's just... Wow.
Priests were clearly the most buffed class in T4. Inquisitor build Priests especially can definitely be considered a DPS class now.
Oh, and my Mercenary is now Level 40. Leveling is just so fast now, it's like 5x faster. I only had to run about 2-3 dungeons per level. It only took me two hours of pure questing to go from 36-40.
