The point of giving heroes hyper skills is

A) Because they were already in the process of making 3 out of the 7 classes
And
B) Because by making explorers hyper skills later, they ensure they're going to be a larger boost in power than what we see now.

What do you think that come first?

Next to get Hyper skill in line?
