Long and short of it was that some kinda sad stuff happened at Everfree. The con itself did pretty well, and while on the whole the con was a massive success, there were a couple incidents that were major problems. One fan, who isn't very involved with the online fandom made a joke about grown men liking ponies, and got assaulted by another con attendee. Apparently there was some vocal harassment of the younger VA's as well.
Most of the stuff was pretty minor really- I did hear there were some sound issues.
There is one very vocal little whiner though, who is constantly claiming all fans of the show may as well be the scum of the earth. It's just noisy, and it's clogging up my tumblr feed.
