I promised you Tales fans that I'd upload a video, of course, FRAPS isn't compatible with IiB2 -shrugs-, so I had to use Hypercam 2, which lagged the nutshit out of me, so I had to reduce FPS to "5". Which is why it seems like it's laggy, or missing a few frames. It's actually a lot faster, to be honest.
Since I was laggy, it was hard to see what I was doing. I was playing Leon Magnus, and no, I do not know how to activate a Hi-Ougi, but the character I was up against did use a Hi-Ougi. Enjoy~
The techs I used on there was mostly Kogahazan (Tiger Blade)-family sets.
