2) Entering RLH from Singapore and leaving RLH brought me back to Leafre instead of Singapore as expected... Order of my location was: Leafre > Phantom's boat (forgot how to spell) > Victoria > Singapore [then Krexel] > RLH > Leafre.

I suspect that exiting Red Leaf High from a World Tour location, including NLC, will take you back to the last normal place you entered Red Leaf High from. I've been using this for some quick travel while doing Silent Crusade for places you have to return to, going into Red Leaf High in Magatia, leaving, going to the next place, going to NLC in the Mirror and using Red Leaf High to get back to Magatia.
