Hey, so I'm gonna buy a bunch of Gacha today. Anyway, since I'm too lazy to walk to Target a few miles from my house, I'm using my dad's PayPal (yes, I got permission D
to get some. Anyway, I know they implemented this new system and I don't really understand it. Can you use PayPal cash to get Gacha or do you need Game card cash?
