GMS v115 bugs & glitches

For some reason, this Air Strike 30 isn't working with the Admin trade-in. I had just bought one and it worked fine, but this one was fairly old (I don't remember how/when I got it) but it says the book doesn't exist. I tried both options, but no dice.

EDIT: Trying to trade for Typhoon Crush 20 just closes the window w/ no change in items to confirm trueblitz
