Is it me, or have all new familiar cards gone permanent? They also don't seem to lose Vitality... (if I'm blind or impatient, forgive me)

All familiars are now permanent.
Right now there is a glitch with familiars where their attacks do no damage, and since they deal no damage to anything, they do not lose any vitality.
