Innocence an item for having good potential?

.....future kaiser weapon u cant innocence it though since it has neb slot or has that been fixed o.o id do it if it works

Would be interested in finding out if these L innocence scrolls work on nebbed items. I don't know if this glitch got fixed or not... need to inno my pants.
