GMS v115 bugs & glitches

I found 2 card glitches.

My S Rank Cannon Master card doesn't work. Whenever I die I lose 9% Exp, when I should be losing 5%.

I'm pretty sure the cannoneer card is working correctly here.
From what i understand It reduces exp loss by 4%, not subtract 4% off of your total exp loss.
So if you lose 10% exp before, now you will lose 4% less exp, which is 9.6% exp loss.
