if phantom has blind also it would make him complete control on the bosses so thereforth it cant have blind effect
and i believe this hyperskill is a pure dmg muti hit 900% golbal range skill with cooldown
Phantom doesn't steal DR. He steals the ability for DR to reflect damage back. You still hit 1s.
And i hope you realize no one wants phantom to have BIND. That'sthepoint

I mean if they wanted to give him a not useless attack without some s'hitty gimmick like bind they could have given him a single target attack with a cooldown that would be beneficial to use for DPS but also grant invincibility or something for a period of time. I don't know, i just think phantom could use something for defensive purposes since they're squishy as balls but shouldn't have % damage reduction or bind. I just don't like the fact that all they've shown is full screen ultimates for classes without them, because they're NEVER useful if they don't have something retarded like bind. The only situation to ever use my nautilus is pink bean.
