if there's one thing i've learned here, is that southperry really seems to take things personally, dang o.o

in the end:

i don't mind the kid, most of the forums doesn't, and he is actually helpful/posts interesting stuff. BUT.
he admitted to hacking.

so he got banned, anything beyond that shouldn't have happened in the first place.
