Moderation Enforced

People say that mods will get extra work or whatever but actually we don't even know how is the process of this, we don't know if it's a pop-up, notification or a re-direction to that thread how could we know how tedious that work could be?

I don't know how it's setup here, but on the previous sites I moderated, there was a gadget on the home page that showed every post, thread, visitor message, etc that needed moderation approval. You can also easily get to everything that needs moderator approval through the mod control panel.
