I wouldn't go that far, but I certainly don't see the harm in them being judged before they post replies to a few bragging threads.
Even claiming they're being judged is fairly flawed. They're being glanced at to determine if they're legitimate users. The amount of actual caring involved couldn't possibly register too far above nil to be noticeable.
If they're doing something wrong it'll probably still go through and then be infracted or warned appropriately.
We're not auditing the content so much as the source.

Humans are remarkably adaptive creatures. If they haven't risen up to overthrow governments that violate their basic human rights on a daily basis I hardly think this is going to be something that will end civilization.
