Can't you weed out so that older members don't have to go through this process? Like a month? I mean I do see where a lot of people are coming from, there's obviously many regular's who post in those thread's, I think it be much more considerate towards everyone if you simply put a date limit on it.

Not cleanly, no.
I couldn't even exempt donors or similar from it as trustworthy because that'd just provide a back way in to abuse it.

I wish you were as diligent with the swearing and vulgar language bypasses and pictures that have become more prevalent.

There is no rule against profanity. We literally don't give a damn about it if it's not flaming, harassment or bigotry. Those filters weren't set up to prevent it. In fact for every last one of them there's a way to create the real word for people who actually mean it enough to stop and think what the reverse-filter is.
