GMS v115 bugs & glitches

Just found a pretty big bug. I had some DB skill books from my zak runs on my main, so I SoK'd them to put them on my DB. Well, the first I used was final cut, and when I learned it I noticed that the max level was 30, and not 10. So I was curious and tried out Phantom Blow.

Before, showing the skill book in my inventory.


After, showing the skill book worked and phantom blow was given to me with a max level of 30.

I do not know if this is working for other people. I know that it has worked for me. If they have removed Final Cut 20 and 30 and likewise for Phantom Blow then just ignore me.
