Then you just don't play for the duration of the glitched period. You wouldn't play if a glitch negatively impacted your class, so why would you play when one is beneficial? It's not a difficult concept. Other factors have no effect on the reality of abusing this glitch. Just because a few ridiculously over-NX'd people can hit that much normally doesn't mean that it's okay for everyone to do it.

And yes, I am saying you should be temp-banned for "playing normally" on your Evan if you are aware of the glitch and using it to your advantage, because you are no longer playing normally. Using it to your advantage would include increased training speeds.

I'm also not saying this is something anyone should be happy with. You should be telling Nexon to fix it as quickly as possible. But people won't because it's not hurting their gameplay (unless they're in a party, apparently. But who needs a party when you hit 999,999 consistently?) and that's the problem. There shouldn't be a double-standard regarding the reception of a glitch. If it's not meant to be there then it's bad, regardless of whether or not it's actually harmful to your experience.

So then any and everyone who used decent skills without the decent skill potential on their gear should be banned too, right? The Wild Hunters should be banned as well. Anyone who's trained at a boosted LHC map should also be banned.
