Examples of obvious milking? A level 80 soloing Zakum because they hit cap. A Phantom powerleveling himself at LHC with CL. If you're deliberately going out of your way to use this, then I would ban you. However, if you're just playing your mage, I wouldn't because there's nothing you can do about it.
