This episode was paced quite well, especially since it's a mystery, but the urgency of the issue is kind of lost without the depth of the other stories. Kind of felt the same way about the last episode, since the threat of PK is supposed to be felt more when you compound it with that one part in volume 1, and I suppose the Floor 1 story.
They also cut out Kirito inviting Asuna and Heathcliff out for lunch.
