Please be sure that you are not running any third party programs that enhance your game play. I recommend that you do not run any other programs while you are playing our games as any of these could interfere with the game client and possibly be recognized as third-party programs. Additionally, using altered or edited files can usually result in this form of block as well.
Various programs can be detected by Hackshield as suspicious including messengers and music playing programs. Please make sure you dont have any unnecessary programs running in the background before attempting to play again or this issue may happen again.
