40 att are the highest end maskes, there are none that go over. the highest ive ever seen were 38.

the fact you dont have to waste precious scroll slots putting the w atk on the eye pieces means you have more slots for chaos scrolls. I garuntee you if we had these in GMS when duping was in full swing, we would be seeing 60 atk glasses everywhere.

Ive seen a 42 att brown mask, as well as a 40.
The 38s and 30s are most common.
The 1 attack affects barely anything, seeing as all that does is give it an extra slot since raccoon masks have to be accessory att 15ed.
1 extra slot would give you 5-6 extra attack max.
Not to mention these require sok to trade, making duping them significantly harder.
