Nah, they don't stand a chance. This was obviously going to happen, because, you know, first major fight for Gajeel (and real fight for NAtsu, ignoring the whole storm the entire Sabretooth guild thing) after they received a massive power up.
They probably won't even be that strong in their LAcrima induced Dragon Force, as Lacrima Dragon Force modes, which are the ones that we've seen that can be controlled at will, have been weaker than Natsus dragon force mode (Laxus and Cobra went in to dragon force mode whenever they started using any Dragon Slayer Magic).
Also: Calling it now, the Sabretooth pair didn't fight their respective dragons, the two dragons allowed themselves to become Lacrima to be implanted in their "children", Rogue and Sting.
I could also see them over powering Natsu and Gajeel then having both of them learn how to find their own Dragon force at the end. That would give them a chance to become more OP than they already are...
