They do not have a set effect, but that is not to say they won't, but I doubt it.

glad so little slots though, that way the attack on shoes/cape can still have some use.
Well, additionally, the Tyrant and Nova equips are superior items, which means equip enhancement scrolls will have a greater effect on them.
I have no idea what that means, but I'm assuming it'd be easier to get attack on them with enhancements, or at least, they'll get more stats than other equips.
Also, in case anyone was wondering, they are tradeable with PSoK.
