Opening smithing tab or quest window...

This has always happened. Its because it has to load all of the recipes all at once. Smithing has the largest amount of recipes so it always takes the longest to load. There's really no fix for this sadly.

I'm sure it's fixable, if Nexon's programmers actually learn to load things bit by bit instead of a whole chunk at once. Even a loading bar would be good enough.
