Knights of Cygnus

See this is why I'm still confused. I'm getting mixed messages of "you can make any Cygnus character for use with your main, regardless of class" to "you have to have a Flame Wizard if you're a Magician." Can ANYONE clear this up?

@ Takebacker: Yay weakened Meteo and Flame Wizard's version of Mist? That helps an F/P ArchMage out a lot, doesn't it?

e.g. Your a F/P Mage but you can make a Striker or w/e
