Flying Guillotine seems like a better version of the Wrap Assassin. I'll have to try this out.

Losing bullets every second is a heavy drawback, it's already very easy to run out of bullets without that and I don't wanna have to change weapons to avoid this, slowing even more my response times.

You gain a new cleaver every 5 seconds, PLUS you can always regain your cleaver instantly if you pick it back up. The insanely short cooldown will probably make it a very viable sidegrade.
