That likely doesn't include Dragon Ball, considering Dragon Ball itself is 153 episodes. I recommend watching Dragon Ball as well, so you can understand Dragon Ball Z a little more. The beginning of Dragon Ball Z will leave you guessing who the characters are and their backgrounds if you don't watch the original series.I've read all the dragon ball books, from where goku is a kid, the tale about his "dad" and all that, what he becomes with his tail, the moon and how he meets bulma and others - I assume that is Dragon Ball?
