Yea the thread maker is correct except it is 33% for level 0 - 9
Also that does not mean people will reach level 200. There is a 5 hr / day limit in VMS, after that 5 hours, you gain NO EXPERIENCE! BWAHAHAHAHA...

Also, this is NOT AN EVENT. It is PERMANENT!

Edit: No, I don't think they will raise the max level...

What if you logout and login again? o.o
