actually, i don't really need the circulators, i'm wondering how each potential is ranked, since the data shows them by levels rather than letters, like the normal potential pools do. also, i got an S rank with a rank 8 circulator, so it's safe to say it's possible at every or almost every circulator level.

Ah ic, but we don't even know if all bonuses are available from specific circulators so it does not hurt to have that info too.
