In that case, I would say your should proactively contact Yahoo's customer support and explain the issue. If they care about it, they may take action against the spoofers, or may already be doing so -- because odds are, it's not just you, but more likely hundreds or thousands of Yahoo mail users. Also, this way you're not just waiting and hoping nothing happens, but trying to do something about it.
