Yahoo Email Address is being spoofed to send spam...

After a lot of time spent checking for trojans/malware and checking return headers on emails, I realise that some russians are faking my address in sending out their spam.
My main worry is that this email address is linked to several sites and programs and I have been using it for about 10 years or so. I'm worried that if enough complaints are made, the service will be shut down under the abuse clause...
Is there anything I can do about this or do I simply have to ride it out.

Nothing like this has happened to me before, so it's hard to say. Do you know of which websites that you use that email on? If possible, ask them if you could re-register with those websites under a different email? Sorry if I can't figure out anything.
