What town is this hair found in?

I know we don't have this hair yet, but I just want confirmation as to which town will have it.

in GMS, it will end up being changed, I think.. So it wouldn't be the same as other versions. The face I currently want for my DK is available in most towns in kMS, but over in gMS, it's not even released yet.. and if it is, they'd most likely change the locations.
