Another kind of potential in KMS?

Apparently some patches to fix the +LvlStat being more than wanted, and the 3rd thingy the kaiser have will not be able to get Weapon Potentials Anymore.

any info on how they plan to fix it? and +1 stat per level is balanced imo, 200 str is just 20% str on a level 200 with zero +str equips
