Another kind of potential in KMS?

we have 38 att shoes here.. this is nothing that special. Also, it's not like the other equip where it add more att the higher lvl you are it's a one time addition of 6 att. 6 att shoes aren't that hard to come by.

what about that legendary helm potential on the bot... it 1 attack per level that mean it 200 att at level 200
and u think 38 att VVS can even compare to 200 attack? lolz and just one equip....
