OP posted a pretty long list of what they considered "(il)legitimate", but I think "intentional" and "gains profit or in-game benefit" together cover most if not all of 'em.

Well, others in this thread have defined it as "anything against the ToS". Including chair-jumping, cursing, and asking people for their real name.

One could also argue that "chair jumping" gives you a benefit of admiration or something.
What benefit does hacking for an unreleased hairstyle give the player? Yet people were banned for it.
