Seriously, some other MMOs have it. I've talked to countless GMs in Fallen Earth, LOTRO, etc.
Just have one warp to you, see what's wrong, fix the issue, the end. If it's a bug? Tell someone. If it's a hacker? Ban them. Simple.
i can kinda understand this one though, do YOU want to deal with the community
