Yes, I try to play legit to the fullest. I even stay away from duped gear/scrolls as much as I can.

Am I the only one who tries to play as "legit" as possible?

Kaasoljoyyx Wrote:The biggest problem with this though is, for example, my character has duped gear yet I still call it a legit character because under my definition of legit, I say it's legit. Not everyone has my same definition so then they say "No you're not legit." Therefore, not legit = hacker, which is not the case. Then some people throw the term "illegit" and I hate that word because it has an even bigger gray area than "people's definition of legit"

I think that's where most arguments stem from when people have differing definitions on the term "legit" and when you're called "not legit" most people take offense to it as they'll think you believe they hack.

There is no different definitions, Legit is clearly defined, period. You can avoid nearly everything besides scrolls/mesos, people choose to do it because the general community allows them too, because most of them are in fact cheaters.

Though irrelevent to the point, it's extremely obnoxious for someone to brag about range when all they did was merchant duplicated equipment or do it themselves. That's not an accomplishment, it's exploiting a situation.
