i think it works like bucc set, which would mean it sucks preeeety bad if your range is moderate

There were always 5 pools?
Did they just nerf all the pools, along with changing the minimum level?
If they did (current max % being 9 now), they can just bring in a new level tier and keep the max at 12.

Hopefully they reverse this :X. Basically nerfs every equipment.

pool A = rare secondary
B = rare primary, epic secondary
C = epic primary, unique secondary
D = unique primary, legendary secondary
E = legendary primary
