How the heck are you supposed to dojo nowadays?

So let me get this straight...

Evan card gives you 2/4/6/8 % MP at a 70% chance EVERY hit WITHOUT a cooldown? And that the cooldown is just for the double proc?

I thought that the MP% heal was every minute, regardless if it doubles or not.

As far as I can tell, yes. I haven't tested it rigorously so I'm not sure of the percentages (8%mp per hit at 70% chance seems way too high - maybe it's base MP or something) but the 60-second cooldown definitely does not apply to the entire MP-regen ability.
