I'll label the GMS exclusive areas.

Crimsonwood Keep (By that I mean INSIDE the Keep) and Crimsonwood PQ
Capture the Flag <- That's because JMS doesn't like PvP at all.

Friend Finder <- That is dead useless
Guild BBS forum <- Also dead useless
Lionheart Castle Party Play Zone <- God dammit, Nexon America
I'm thinking about adding Haunted Mansion, but since it's meant for the event, I'm considering it irrelevant. There might be things that I forgot to add if you guys want to point it out, and I probably won't add things that got removed such as ITCG, Visitor and Episode-1 Quest Chain. These are the bolded parts that JMS doesn't have. It is very unlikely that JMS will get Jett (most likely they'll get Dragon Warrior instead since Japan is in Asia.) I do understand that Lionheart Castle isn't GMS exclusive, but the fact that it's still a party play zone in GMS, and just a theme dungeon in other versions than it explains better.
And GMS is the only version other than KMS that doesn't have Future Tokyo (ThailandMS too, but it either got shut down or merged. I could be wrong though.) The fact that we got Kaede Castle meant nothing at all.
There are other KMS renditions of the World Tour areas such as Fantasy Theme Park for level 120 to 130 (that I'm not sure about) and the content that won't be released at all is the Sakura Castle since all other version got Kaede Castle.
