Our accounts mean a lot to us, we may have spent much time and money on them, but for the new hires that means nothing. For them its just a temp crap job until they find something better, so who cares right. That looked odd, what skill is that? Is he hacking or is that lag? Who cares, ban him. With autobans, at least you can wait it out if you want, but GM bans are final.
Training new GMs would be as simple as giving them the power, taking them to LHC, showing them what a NoDelay hack looks like, and be done with it. I have no idea where youre getting this notion that innocent players would get banned. Innocent players dont all map barrel hack with cannoneers. Innocent players dont use no delay hacks.
