I have submitted another ticket under Cash Shop. I hope they will look into it more serious now.
What seems really unfair about this is that this glitch is out of our control yet you only get 25k NX compensation compared to people who have had their characters compromised receiving 125k-250k, which may involve partial fault of the user.
