i wan to ask a question for DK skill [ Revenge Of The Beholder ] (RotB)
Skill
Lv10 : Activation Rate: 100%, Damage: 750%, Instant Death Chance: 10%, 5% Damage converted to HP. Cooldown Time: 4 sec.
Lv12 : Activation Rate: 100%, Damage: 790%, Instant Death Chance: 12%, 6% Damage converted to HP. Cooldown Time: 3 sec.
question is :
1) RotB 6% hp converted is the dmg 750% , when hit a mob then convert hp ? of every 4 sec auto convert ?
2) RotB every 4 sec hit 1 hit 750% dmg to mob ?
3) RotB if Equiped Legandary Status Cold Down -2 -2 , it will hit the mob like normal hit ?
