My newest guess has to do something with Cadence and Canterlot elite...namely wives?
the last word, which starts with a "W" , and I also played with some filters, and got the word "all" at the end...so this could be a transition sequence for the VA's likely.
So my guess is...
"Cadence and the Ponyville w???? all -cuts off-"
So I don't know, take the images, play with everything and see what the W is...
