After 5 days of searching I finally found an apartment, and it's pretty much the perfect location. 2 minute walk to the university, bus stop to everywhere literally outside the door, cheap convenience store at the base of the building, Starbucks right beside it, massive balcony, huge living room, 24 hour convenience store 10 seconds up the road for when the other one is closed. It's pretty much ideal for a uni student. View from the balcony:
