I asked a while back about Gaviota getting replaced. I'm pretty sure everyone will agree that it boils down to gaviota vs. flame burner. To me, gaviota is "helpful" when at newties but I never count on it to help me train, octopus does a much better job at that. Pretty sure takebacker said that if any skill replaces gaviota, it will be support octo as I thought Air Strike would but you can use both skills at the same time.
I think the question has to be looked at this angle and answer these two questions:
- What's the difference between 15 and 30 gaviota? Will it have a good boost at the later levels or does levle 15 get the job done?
- Will it be viable to be used in training once you have support octo/air strike?
Compare those questions with flame burner and that's how you can decide.
