Yesterday and today have brought me an understanding of what it means to "drip sweat out of every pore" that I've never had in my life. Set a new distance biking record yesterday at 38 miles. Began week 5 of c25k today. Both days just shy of 100 degrees plus humidity (Michigan).

What've you been doing? I've really gotta recommend c25k and I'm also about to start courses of crunches and push-ups inspired by that plan.

EDIT:
Since I started dieting:
- Down 12% of my bodyweight
- BMI has dropped by 6 points
- Blood pressure is no longer elevated
- Resting pulse rate is now between 60 - 65
I pretty much each red meats, veggies, and chicken. I really should eat more fruit. Hmmm.
