As far as I'm concerned, Fire Burner is just as worthless as Inferno. Especially since if you really really wanted to mob anything (fire-weak or otherwise) lategame, you'd just use Torpedo anyway. It has more range, does double the damage, and doesn't require capsules to use.
Let's not forget that avenger is slow as pomegranate compared to burner + cooling and NLs suck ass at mobbing anyway, hmm?
If you're seriously worried about damage and inventory space by all means use torpedo. By the way, torpedo seemed to have much more horizontal range, and no where near as much vertical range when i used it. I haven't tested that though, and it's kinda late to do that too but it's worth noting.
