Cross-world character decks DO work.
On an old account, I had a level 35 crossbowman, so I put it in the deck for Yellonde. I logged onto a level 1 beginner on Kradia, and she had 6% crit instead of 5%, since crossbowmen give 1% crit.
Therefore, we now have 10 character decks to mess with.

good to know; it's easier to make a bunch of level 30 mechanics than it is to make 120 or 70 ones.
