I died.

But then again we don't know what they are. I remember a red said before about her having to land all her stuff and all that and all she got was 1 second off her E which got reversed like 2 patches later.
I'd like it if they lowered the costs on her q e and her r. You need 40% CDR on lux but at the same time i can have like +54 regen at 18 from tome runes/masteries and 2 rings and its still nowhere near enough due to her costs.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that it is very likely that her Q, E, and R will have their mana costs reduced. From Jatt's post, he seemingly hinted towards that too.

 Here are my guesses. These may not be accurate guesses, though.

(Q) Light Binding

Current mana cost: 60 / 75 / 90 / 105 / 120 mana

Post-patch mana cost: 50 / 65 / 80 / 95 / 110 mana

Overall mana reduction of 10 every rank

Current mana cost: 70 / 85 / 100 / 115 / 130 mana

Post-patch mana cost: 60 / 75 / 90 / 105 / 120 mana

Post-patch mana cost: 100 / 140 / 180 mana

Keep level 1 ult mana costs the same, reduce the mana costs at later ranks. (Reasoning for keeping rank 1 ult mana cost the same: No other ult with massive damage-dealing capabilities has gone below 100 mana cost at rank 1)

Though you can argue that Q and E can have their mana costs reduced by 15 at all ranks, but I feel like that's just stretching the mana reduction change a bit too far (it would probably make her go over the top, I think).
